Ingredients
1/2 prepared Brasilian Black Beans
2 green onions
2 tablespoons fresh chives
4 medium eggs
2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions
Chop green onions and chives; set aside. Scramble eggs in a medium bowl, add chopped chives and green onions; set aside. Heat pan on medium-high heat, add oil then black beans. Cook until beans are heated through, reduce heat to medium then add egg mixture. Using a wide spatula gentle push eggs around pan and cook for 2 minutes.
